For hair and makeup, I was looking for someone who would come out to Star Hill Ranch so we could focus on hanging out and not having to go back and forth and driving all around the day of the wedding.  I found LucieMarie and did my trial with Angela, the owner.  She did my trial for my bridal portraits.  I had heard some mixed comments about her on the knot, so I was a little nervous.  She was great!  I was pretty direct about what I wanted and she did exactly what I wanted.  She had an assisstant with her the day of the wedding and she was equally good.  I think all the girls liked their hairstyles.  My aunt was a bridesmaid and had told me in advance that her hair was so thick that no one had ever been able to get it in an updo.  These gals got it done and my aunt was ecstatic!  She kept showing everyone all night!  It was so cute.  They were also careful to make sure that no one's updo was too similar or competed with mine.  Their prices were compatible with what most places would charge for you to come to the studio.  Angela did mine and my mom's makeup.  Nothing too difficult.  We were pleased.....A+
